The grounds were breathtaking, offering a beautiful setting for our anniversary. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathroom had excellent shower pressure with heated floors. breakfast fell short when the labels for yogurt were misidentified, and there was no communication from staff regarding this mix-up, raising allergy concerns. the corridors lacked charm and were not well-maintained, contrasting with the otherwise lovely atmosphere.

The indoor jacuzzi was lovely, while the pool was closed for maintenance.

The salads at Ellenborough Park were a culinary delight, bursting with local flavours! We savoured a dreamy breakfast buffet, while enjoying the lovely common areas. The heated pool for an outdoor dip in January was truly a highlight!

My top-floor room was comfy with fab views but took 52 steps to reach—definitely a heads up for those with dodgy knees! A more attentive service during peak times would’ve added that extra sparkle.
